Keep frozen untill use.Once thawed, do not refreeze again and consume within 24 hours. Cooking instruction combisteamer: Preheat the combisteamer at 120ºC and 50% steam. Spread the required quantity on Gastronorm plate (GN) and heat it according the following instructions: 1,500g in ½ GN ca. 12 min. Cooking instruction microwave: Put the preferred quantity in a microwave suitable dish and cover it. Preheat it according to the following instructions: 500g at 850 Watt ca. 9 minutes, at 1350 Watt ca. 4 minutes. Stir the product half way cooking time and after cooking.
