Shipping & Returns
Goods will be accepted back for credit or refund with the express permission of Catering Essential Warehouse. Please contact us for instructions on point of delivery. The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a re-saleable condition. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to Britannia cleaning supplies. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer. We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted.
Any shortages should be advise to us within 48 hours of receiving your order after this time we will not accept and claims of missing or short delivered orders.
Once an order has been placed an order confirmation will be emailed to you.
We aim to provide next day delivery on all in stock items where orders are received before 2pm. Otherwise orders received after 2pm will typically ship the following day for next day delivery.
Someone must be available to sign for the delivery, we cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries. Timed deliveries are available at an additional cost.
Online orders delivered under £100 + vat will incur a delivery charge of £6.95 + vat all orders over £100 plus vat are delivered free
