Shipping & Returns


Returned Goods
Goods will be accepted back for credit or refund with the express permission of Catering Essential Warehouse. Please contact us for instructions on point of delivery. The above conditions do not affect your statutory rights when goods are faulty, or not as described. Goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, unassembled and in a resaleable condition. Credit shall not be given for goods received damaged. The buyer shall unless otherwise stated be responsible for the cost of the return carriage of all goods returned which shall be at the risk of the buyer until actual receipt of the goods to Britannia cleaning supplies. Proof of return delivery will remain with the buyer. We reserve the right to charge for incomplete returns, orders placed in error or not wanted.



Once an order has been placed an order confirmation will be emailed to you.

We aim to provide next day delivery on all in stock items where orders are received before 2pm. Otherwise orders received after 2pm will typically ship the following day for next day delivery.

Someone must be available to sign for the delivery,we cannot be held responsible for failed or delayed deliveries. Timed deliveries are available at an additional cost.

Online orders delivered to any Birmingham postcode are delivered free of charge

Online orders delivered outside of birmingham will incurr a delivery charge of £7.95 + vat

Deliveries to the following destinations will be subject to an additional £19.95 +VAT surcharge:

Northern Ireland
Scottish Highlands
Isle of Man
Isle of Wight
